Let's break this down a little:

I am in the best wrestling shape I have been in in years.

Best wrestling shape he's been in. That means he could outwrestle Rikishi, Bret Hart, or Kurt Angle's left nut. However, he probably thinks he's as deserving of a main event slot as Bret in his Prime, Kurt, Eddie, Jericho, etc.

For those of you fat, out-of-shape Internet wannabes who have never done anything more athletic than play checkers
