Cleaning computer monitor/screen
Whats the best way to clean your computer monitor/screen? Doesn't matter if i have to go out and buy some special product or use items that i can use at home. Just wondering what the best way to clean a computer screen/monitor is?

The best way to clean a screen is with anti-static wipes, you can buy em, they aren't that expensive, or use a window cleaner (windex or whatever you americans call it) and dry it off with a lint free cloth.
If it's a TFT, then Definately follow the manufacturers instructions... I've seen them ruined by people cleaning them wrong. |

Windex should not be used for cleaning your computer screen. You can use soap and water, and a clean rag should do the trick.
Make sure your monitor is turned off, and check your owners manual as it might provide some specific instructions. |
