WWE might actually have grounds to sue over that, honestly. It's definitely not under "parody". It's blatant rip-off, and they never showed who it was. Could say they're misleading fans into thinking it's The Undertaker.
I don't think WWE will do anything, because all it'll do is bring attention to TNA, but I think they have the grounds.
Speaking of which, I didn't know that when Hall and Nash went to WCW, and talked about them not being alone, WWF sued WCW.
