Question NFL Draft Question..
Ok, so there are a couple of shitty teams that all could have a top three pick.. I'm wondering how it pans out if they all end up 3-13..

Texans 2-12
Green Bay 3-12
Niners 3-12
Jets 3-12
Saints 3-12

HUGE chance of that happening due to the Texans playing San Fran this week.. I'm just wondering how they decide who gets what pick.. Confrence record?? Tie breakers (like in the playoffs, when one team has beaten another and they both end up with the same record)?? Combination??
