I wouldn't be so fast to say neither of MNM will ever have it. Really too early to say.
Same for Conway. He's had nothing but shit so far(though I love his entrance music), but he could come around eventually. If he isn't fired in the next three months, that is.

Carlito..not likely, but he's young yet. He could.
Shelton might, eventually. It might even last longer than Kane's. Maybe.
RVD's never getting it. Nor Regal, Richards, Venis, Nova, Rosey, Jamal, Sugar Shane Helms, or Sylvain Grenier. But Grenier sucks, screw him.
