Risk assessment. Vince could damage them, or he could help them. And I'm betting he'd rather ignore them than risk giving them a shot in the arm with publicity. Even though I guarantee this lawsuit would mean very little in terms of publicity, because wrestling isn't trendy enough to deal with in terms of mainstream media.
