Khali and the rules

I've been wondering about this for days. So Khali, through his interpreter, points out that his foot was under the rope when he tapped, and so he should have been released from the STFU.

Ok, fuck. I thought Khali was supposed to be the big mindless monster sort, not a rules lawyer! And I was pissed about this. Until I came up with this idea: they should reveal that Khali is, in fact, exceedingly intelligent, and that he just also happens to be ten feet tall and extraordinarily violent (and mesmerised by shiny things that spin.) This could lead to a very interesting take on the old Chris Jericho loophole exploitation.
At ONS, in the Falls-Count-Anywhere match, Cena should pin Khali up on the edge of the stage... and the next night on Raw, Khali explains, through his interpreter, that Khali's right shoulder was dangling off the stage, and NOT pinned down, so Cena did NOT win the match.
A ladder match is put up for the increasingly disputed title. Cena wins when he actually grabs the belt down from atop Khali's shoulders. Khali proceeds to point out that the rules state that the winner must use the LADDER to acquire the belt (I don't know if that's true but fuck it, when does WWE ever care about such things) and so he technically did not win the match.

I think this might actually help take the piss out of Cena with the fans; he'd still be champion and all, but he'd look like a punk because he can't REALLY beat Khali.
