Alright, as you may or may not know I could be considered 'legally retarded', so bear with me here

I d/l the torrent, and it shows up on Azures, but nothing goes. Mad standstill. The little face thing is at red

. Previously it was working but mad slowly, and the face never got past the yellow :mmeh: face (whatever that means)

What shall I do ?
