Tank Abbott, was he a good idea for WCW?

KISS was always a very entertaing act, but WCW promised them more they they should have and it ended up being another wash. I mean look at what the WWE is doing now, they had ZZ Top, and Shaq Fu as hosts. Is it any better?

Bringing in guys like Shaq and ZZ Top is different than bringing in No Limit as Shaq and hosts are ment only as a one time appearence. WCW was bringing in celebrities and writing long term angles around them. Also, Tank Abbott wasn't exactly dominating in the UFC as Shamrock and Severn were. Shanrock and Severn had wrestling backgrounds. Shamrock was a pro wrestler before going to the UFC in the first place.
