World = Orton, but build MVP to take it. Bring in Christian by WM to compete for it.
US = Kofi. Feud with Carlito and/or Swaggah, build Bourne.
Divas = Beth. Indefinitely.

SD:
World = Kane
IC = Morrison
Women's = Beth. Indefinitely.

ECW = Christian for now, build Zeke Jackson, also get Hurricane and Burchill involved.

Tag = Loving Jerishow. Cryme Tyme eventually.
