You can barely compare SF4 and T6, one's 2D fighting and the other's 3D fighting. However, in the spirit of broadly comparing any two games, you have to consider what style of play you would like. If you like oldschool 2D gameplay then Street Fighter will appeal to you. I wouldn't say any game is better than the other, because they are two different sub-genres.

VF5 on the other hand, can be directly compared to T6. The game's developers had this rivalry for many years, and Namco has a Vs Game engine up and running if Sega ever wanted to allow a dream game. Personally, I prefer Tekken's engine to VF. Virtua Fighter always seemed boring and floaty to me, even though it's fans swear it translates 'true' fighting more than Tekken. VF5 has a demo up on XBLive, also check out vids on youtube.

So yeah, I rather play Tekken6 than VF5 - but it can coexist with SF4.
