Who did the most with the least?

With all the talk of ECW recently, and people mentioning how Heyman did so much with so little, it got me wondering:

Which wrestlers do you feel got the most out of themselves with the least natural "talent." Now, I don't mean got the most over, but who had a possibly subpar skillset, but really became more than the sum of their parts.

ECW guy that really seems to fit this mold for me is Tommy Dreamer. Not a physically gifted guy, nor is he very naturally charismatic, but the guy always busted ass and really became a very solid hand.

I'm curious to see what you guys come up with, as I'm not the biggest historian of the business and can't speak to guys pre-1995 or so.
