Hilarious glitch in Demolition yesterday. Enemy team was defusing bomb A on WMD. The the timing must have been perfect because the bomb exploded at the exact second that it said "Bomb Defused". My friend (who had planted it) got Bomber points, but bomb A still showed up on our map as though it hadn't been detonated, and you could still hold X to try and plant it even though the bomb was physically no longer there.

Then we planted and detonated B and once that blew up it said we won the game.
