i dunno if you're to webwood yet but you'd sail through it with a fire spell...really wish i had one. im a poison based rouge...webwood was a pain. everything there laughed at my poison game...

anyhow the spells seem to deliberately have delays and unspoken rules about casting. i havent really figured out why or what cause these slight delays yet, but i think it's by design.
