Ibuki's swap costume is up on the Xbox Marketplace for 80 MSP. I'm guessing they accidently put it up a little too early.

I'm not going to buy it because I'd rather buy a complete pack and I think you might get banned if you used the alt online, with Capcom asking people to report players using "hacked" content.
people might wrongfully think you hacked the alt, rather than bought it.
