Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

The Ric Flair train’s ready to arrive at Porno Junction. At least that’s the prevailing rumor right now in wrestling circles.

No, it’s got nothing to do with ex Dolphin/Bengal free spirit Chad Johnson saying he might consider doing porn, or Hollywood actor Robert Pattinson stating that he’d never consider having sex on camera. It’s all about Flair being a pro wrestler and pro wrestlers, like musicians, are always looking for their next gig.

And should The Nature Boy wind up with Rob Black, don’t say I didn’t tell you so.

But didn’t Black and his outfit XPW part company years ago? Yes they did. Rob as you know had that little problem with a federal obscenity indictment, but before the G-Men showed up in North Hollywood one April morning, Black was at the point when he had some pretty big names on his Saturday night cards at the Olympic Auditorium. Like Sabu, New Jack and Shane Douglas.

I think Terry Funk was even involved there for awhile. If memory also serves correct Xtreme Entertainment Group wound up purchasing the XPW name and Black’s former general manager at Extreme Associates, Kevin Kleinrock was made Vice President.

Those owners having failed to do anything with the XPW name, Black bought back his baby. And now Black will re-launch the brand using the Internet particularly Roku as his delivery platform. The Roku channel from what I’m hearing will be called “Attitude”.

This is where Flair comes in because part of the re-launch will consist of a Royal Rumble spectacular scheduled for, as yet, an unspecified venue. It’ll feature the XPW old guard and some surprises. Flair’s name dropped in the hat is enough of a surprise, already.

Stay tuned.

Bill Savage went over to the (Stu Hart) house and one of the Hart kids was running around with his hair wet. Savage asked why his hair was wet. Stu said, "the little bast--d broke a vase this morning, so I stuck his head in the toilet. Want me to show you again?"
