That is interesting, because the argument is that it was Mark, not the Undertaker that got over with the fans. Supposedly, there was somebody using the "Undertaker" gimmick before him (not Brian Lee). I guess it's like asking if Steve Lombardi had been the Original Doink instead of Matt Borne, would the character been as popular?
