One of the amazing things about your prediction is that it relies on Valve doing things that aren't really Valve's to do. I know Gabe is fellated as better than Jesus and Steve Jobs rolled into one, but I don't think it's within his power to revolutionise the PC market in ways that are ultimately up to the publisher and developer.

"Valve" may win this console generation, but only in the sense that consoles have become increasingly pointless. that's not really "outright," though.

Besides, we all know the Ouya is going to win this generation.
