Cruiserweight.

If you think about it, guys like Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel are fighting for the same ultimate goal as John Cena and Brock Lesnar. That's ridiculous. I'm not saying every little guy would have to be stuck in the cruiserweight division simply because of their weight but think of how talented guys like Yoshi Tatsu and Evan Bourne became disposable. They were never gonna be more than jobbers for the real stars/future stars. Why not let them put on stellar matches and actually have a division that they can make it to the top of by winning it's title? Every week on Raw and Smackdown you take one segment that would usually be a typically be a throwaway mattch and now suddenly you can replace it with a great MEANINGFUL match where two great wrestlers who would usually have nothing to do are battling over a title that's been held by the likes of Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero.
