If we're talking abortions, these three are basically in the same vein:

Jeff Hardy vs Sting at Victory Road
Sting vs Hulk Hogan at Halloween Havoc
Jeff Jarrett vs Hulk Hogan at Bash at the Beach

Basically non-matches though.

If we're talking about the absolute "worst" match, I mean, it's probably some undercard match from WCW circa 97-00. Brad Armstrong vs Berlyn from Halloween Havoc 1999 comes to mind.

If we're talking about "famously" bad matches... probably Triple H vs Steiner from Royal Rumble or Kevin Nash vs Hulk Hogan from Road Wild 1999. Absolutely atrocious.
