Punk would have never gotten over at a mainevent level without the "best in the world" bit he stole from danielson after he was fired for being too good at his job. Punks entire success it based off selling people on AMDrags gimmick. Had danielson been free to get his lwn gimmick over Punk would have never gotten over the way he did. That catchphrase was a huge driving force for him.
