How do I block outside connections from coming in to my wireless network?

My dickhead neighbor is totally leeching my cable connection, and using it to download a bunch of music, and it's making me lag like crazy when I am trying to game online. It's really fucking annoying, I've tried asking him to stop and he denies that he is on my network, but when I open iTunes I can see his fucking network-shared playlist right there, and new songs are constantly being added to it.

My router is a linksys something or other, I know they all use the same address (192.168.1.1) to manage, so if someone knows how to password a network that would be awesome, I need to stop this leeching fuck.
