The name is referring to the fact that Samoa Joe is boring as fuck. He is mediocre at best. His promos are hilarious because they are more forced than the dick in Nick Hogan's ass right now. Yeah, he is agile for a fatass but you could say the same thing about Big Daddy V. I can't look at Samoa Joe as the face of wrestling or of a promotion. He is an indy darling. You people love him because he was in ROH with a bunch of other great wrestlers. 2 great wrestlers work in the indys, but if you want to be on the same level as WWE, you need 2 great workers. He has worked with great workers throughout TNA and still is only getting hype because TNA has no other young guy that hasn't been buried by WWE castoffs.
