I don't think most people are seeing it as a surprising expose of the world of wrestling. They are seeing it as a story, because they have heard it is a good story and that it has a brilliant performance by Mickey Rourke.

I haven't seen it yet, I hope to soon.

I don't mean an expose of the inner workings of the business, I meant more an expose of what becomes of these big stars when they are thrown on the scrapheap.

He's not necessarily a 'good' guy. If you think about it he's actually pretty much a deadbeat.
