The best beat them ups are like... TMNT IV Turtles in Time and Battletoads & Double Dragon. SNES is the better platform for those games.

Final Fight 3 (not Final Fight 2, tho. That one sucks)
Brawl Brothers
Super Double Dragon
Battletoads in Battlemaniacs
that's all I got off the top of my head right now

There are 346743834587 games like that tho.
