Would you rather he come out and say "I am the best this business has to offer... This Sunday I WILL walk out the NEW World champion... etc."? Punk actually has real, legit reasons to say the things he says about Hardy. It's not heel or face, it's just facts. Unlike some dumb fuck like Randy Orton coming out and cutting a heel promo for the sake of it being a heel promo.

He is just justifying why he thinks he is better, because he doesn't do drugs. Orton justifies why he is the best, because he has heritage on his side. HHH justifies because he pushes himself harder than anyone else and ect. It is still just heel for heel sake.
