What standings are you looking at?? Let's look at the Eastern Standings

7.	Philadelphia	69	77
8.	Boston	69	74
9.	NY Rangers	70	71

13.	Florida	68	66

With the exception of the top 5, Montreal Philly and Boston are all possibilities to have a collapse with teams 9-13 only being at a maximum 8 points away from 8th place. Most teams still have 13 or 12 games left meaning there are still 24-26 points to be put in place or not put in place per team

1-6 is relatively safe. However 7-12 could all be interchangeable by the end of the season.
