Are you trying to say that has any tag team that had a member of the team win a World Title at the same time they were still a team with the other member?

No, I don't think there ever has.

I think there's been Interconental/US champions while still being a tag team, but never a world title.

No they did still have to be a tag team, like lets say Matt Hardy won the world title now. That would count.
