That all depends on his push. If WWE is serious about keeping him at the top, he won't get jobbed to holy hell. He'd only get jobbed out if their plans were to job him out anyways.
Cena, Batista, Jeff Hardy and others all came out of feuds with HHH better than they went in.

The problem is we have seen people get pushed outstandingly and come out of a huge match with Triple H very much worse for wear. The most recent case is Orton last year.

That's true, but in those cases the "victims" lost. That's a creative decision, not some unforseen hazard.
If they want to push Miz, they should push him against the best. If they don't want to have him win then don't bother, but clearly they're going to put him against someone.
