I would assume the match probably won't be for the title, but that doesn't mean they won't still entertain that possibiliity and have Cena, and maybe even Rock, be a major part of the Royal Rumble and/or World title picture heading into Wrestlemania next year.

I assume the match will be slated, but factors around it will still be "up in the air."

I think they should take the oppurtunity to make the Royal Rumble for the title again anyways.

I agree, they'll probably tease it. Maybe even have Rock cheer Cena on to win the title at Elimination Chamber so that he can fight for the title. But as for the Rumble, say for example Miz is WWE champion around Mania time next year. Cena wins the Rumble. Now he gets to face Miz for the title at Mania. Would that mean Cena has two main event matches at Mania? One against Rock, and one against Miz? Or does it mean the Cena/Rock match is now a triple threat with Miz defending the title against both?

Having Cena's WrestleMania match spelled out before the Road to WrestleMania is anywhere close to beginning kind of throws a wrench into the plans of what to do with him during that time period because we're practically guaranteed that he can't be champion or number 1 contender come Mania. If anything, at least it means Super Cena won't be coming off with all the big wins leading up to Mania.
