Bullshit, that is definitely Sting. The doll and female laugh were made to confuse and mislead us into thinking that it's Kong. The flicking of the blonde doll was obviously symbolic of Sting flicking Hulk Hogan who knows how many years ago, and the dark backround confirms it that the person in the backround is Sting.
