New X-Men movie

This was my favorite of the x-men movies for me, I gotta say. X2 is great and all, but I feel like more attention was paid to all the different x-men in this movie. Just got a better look inside the characters in this movie, even if it was only a little bit for some of them.

Really loved the mystique parts. Kevin Bacon was awesome as well. Banshee was badass.

Xavier and Mags stole the show, as expected.

I think they could have stretched out the xavier and magneto friendship into a second movie. Could have waited until then to turn them against one another. Have the shadow king as the villain, since that's who cripples xavier in the comics anyway. Given the lack of closure for everyone besides Xavier and Magneto, I assume they are planning a sequel anyway.

This is honestly near the top in my superhero movies list. Just loved so much about this.

I wasn't as familiar with salvadore, to be honest. I saw the wings and thought Pixie. I realized after fact when I read the Cracked thing with Beak.

I had the Havoc/Cyclops convo with someone else. We agreed that it was entirely possible that Alex wouldn't know that Scott had mutant powers. I figured at least a passing reference, like a "I can't control my powers, I haven't even seen my brother in I don't know how long." would have been a nice touch. Then again, that's just my comic nerd-ery coming through. Some subtle fan-service that doesn't make or break the movie, to be honest.
