McCourts are going to trial one more time to determine if the Dodgers are in Frank McCourt's name, or if it's community property between he and Jamie and should be sold.

What a mess. I heard if they don't get this TV deal with Fox, they won't make the next payroll.

I'm a bit surprised Fox hasn't done more to force the McCourts out with all the countless loans and "mortgaging" of the future deals with them which ends every time of the owners wasting the money. Fox already managed to get MLB to intervene but MLB/Selig can't do much without changing some rules or ownership approval.

Its not all owed to Fox but they seem to be the go-to-guy for the McCourts when they need a quick cash boost each time.
