I mean, his televised record this year is 18-18-1. I like Jericho and everything, but beating him is the new beating Flair. Once everybody's on the roster has done it, it doesn't really mean much.

Yeah I am more surprised when Jericho wins a match.

JTG and Heath Slater have beat Chris Jericho clean, just to put things in perspective.

I would like to go back in time and have Lesnar be unbeaten since his return and have him versus Taker at WM30

Curtis Axel and a debuting Heyman Guy should help out Lesnar at SummerSlam. This allows Punk to face Curtis Axel at Night of Champions, with the rookie in Axel's corner. Maybe it could be someone like Corey Graves? They help Axel retain the title with help from Brock Lesnar and we move towards Hell in a Cell, where Punk gets payback against Lesnar.

RVD is only working for 90 days before an undisclosed break. That's why he hasn't been in many feuds and just having solid matches as of late. Same reason he's on the pre-show and not on the main SummerSlam card.

He could feud with punk for the remainder of his 90 days.

It'd be a waste. More than one face vs face feud wouldn't be ideal imo

Well he would be turning heel if he sided with Heyman.

I'd not be opposed to seeing RVD align with Heyman, just because I think RVD's character is at its best when he's technically a heel but still immensely over. A Punk vs. RVD feud would actually be insane and could tap into a lot of personal territory.
But I think it would work better if Heyman got a rookie from NXT to be his new guy. It'd be a great way of establishing someone on the main roster as someone to care about. How is Jake Carter these days? He seems like he would be a good fit for a Heyman Guy. |
