The fact that, outside of Orton and Mysterio, no top guy was ever busted. Even then, neither were on top when they were busted. And many of the folks busted were random people.

It was nothing more than a conspiracy theory. But the Wellness Policy was a joke before. It's now just pointless bullshit.
