Look at the resumes of the guys in nxt. Quite a few of them don't need to prove anything, but they still do a lot for the brand. They add depth to the roster, and working with them really adds to the development of younger talent.

Again, I just think they should add one or two more vets. A Kong or Mickie. Just enough to add a little more experience, while still allowing time for the newbs.

Wouldn't mind Mickie James coming in and helping to get over some of the newer gals in the same way they've used Rhyno or RVD.
