At Backlash 2000, there was a Hardcore match between the Hardyz, Crash Holly, Tazz, Saturn and Hardcore Holly. Crash won but the Hardy Boyz music played.

Back in 2000, Matt Hardy missed a moonsault on a standing Al Snow that I assumed was the planned finish and they both stood face to face for a few seconds, spoke and then Matt got the pin with a Small Package

I remember on RAW sometime last year, Matt Hardy came out but had Christian's mini tron playing (the two small screens left and right of the Entrance) then Christian interupted or something in the match.

^Although funny it's not really a production fuckup

This one wasn't an error on WWEs part but when Channel 4 were showing the PPVs back in 2001 they fucked up their Backlash coverage. They used to play them on a 50min tape delay and I think they showed a Benoit/Angle promo, went to commercial and came back to a segment with Vince and Big Show that was blatantly out of place. Then later on they played it in the right place. Was kinda confusing.
