Christian towards the end of his run wasn't an OTT comedy character, infact he hadn't really been goofy since he left E and C, the only goofyness came with his feud with DDP

He used comedy in his promo's from there, but not in a goofy way, the same way that HHH uses comedy in his promo's and loads of other guys, just because you're funny doesn't mean your goofy.

Also, it depends on what you consider to be a draw

I remember once when you said that if you were the promoter of the WWE, you would push guys like Christian that the women could find "cute," so that they then make their boyfriends watch, who in turn get hooked on the product.

Also, Christian was on fire in 2005. If the WWE had capitalised, he could easily be as big a success as anyone currently in the WWE.

I think he was pretty much fuedless after he changed from that awesome music. CHRISTIAN! CHRISTIAN!! AT LAST YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!!!

And in the odd times he was boosted from lower midcard was to be the comedy arm of it.

I mean, didn't he have a losing streak gimmick for like, 3 months?

Eitherway, what I consider to be a draw is not Christian Cage.

That losing streak gimmick was prior to WM18 was it not? He still had long hair then, it was waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy before the run up to him leaving.

The last I remember of Christian in WWE was the teased inter-company programme with Cena. Did anything become of that? Don't remember.

John Cena and Christian confronted each other when Cena was drafted to RAW with the WWE Championship, but the most it ever went to was Christian being part of a Triple Threat with Cena and Jericho. Christian was then sent over to SmackDown!, and had a lot of his face reactions editted out. He was also placed into a pretty boring feud with Booker T which was featured a lot when the WWE was touring the south, so Booker T was way more over in places close to his old stomping grounds -- plus it was a long way from Canada.

Then Christian got fed-up, and left for TNA.
