It seems like The Miz has started trying too hard since the face turn. The core of his character hasn't really changed and it doesn't need to. But for some reason he's just trying too hard and it's coming off as fake now. He's lost the "natural" vibe.

While he isn't as good on the mic obviously, Randy Orton is someone who didn't start trying too hard and fuck up his character just because he became a face and I like that.

Alberto Del Rio has bored the hell out of me for quite some time.

I won't deny that he can go in the ring...but his character is just fucking boring at this point and he's had no real direction. I've been hard pressed to care about anything he's been doing.

I also think that MiTB needs to have contenders who had never held the WWE/WHC titles. I thought the way they had Cena win the briefcase was pointless. Given the fact that Cena usually gets a title shot opportunity more often than others.
