I AM STOKED.

Lions have signed Kyle Vandenbosch, Nate Burleson, traded for Corey Williams, and still are drafting either Suh or Mccoy.

Vandenbosch will improve the D-line, Burleson is an upgrade to Bryant Johnson. Corey Williams will be solid. Then more than likely you are going to put Suh between Corey Williams and Vandenbosch.

Broncos could then draft Clausen if there, Dez Bryant, Rolando McClain, then still have the #11 pick and could maybe even get one of the above players as well.

Broncos are your team so you probably have a better idea of them then I do, but I think it would be best to let Marshall walk and take the pick.

The NFL offseason seems so weird after having spent the last several months following the slow MLB offseason. In MLB, guys often wait 3 months or more before signing...in the NFL, a good chunk of top free agents wind up off the board within 24 hours.

What? Denver's done plenty. Probably the most in the NFL.

They've re-signed: Brandon Lloyd, Russ Hochstein, JJ Arrington

And they've scheduled interviews with: C Kevin Mawae, DE Justin Bannan, DE Jason Babin, DE Dwan Edwards, OT Tony Pashos, CB Nate Jones, C Rex Hadnot

And apparently Bannan and Hadnot are close to signing

I'd say that's a LOT more than "jack"

Love him, but he needs to go for his sake. Royal can be a decent #1 and Gaffney has shown some potential.

Having a chance to address the QB issue with an extra pick like that AND address the D with a good pick as well, or even go defense with both? Do it

STFU SAMMYJEW. Feeley is better than anyone else near St. Louis at this point. And if the Rams DO draft Bradford, it's probably a good idea to let him sit for a while and learn the system in which he will be playing. I'm saying that the Rams will still be god-awful, and it's better to let Feeley get the shit kicked out of him for the time being.

WJZ has just confirmed that the Ravens have traded for receiver Anquin Boldin, a three-time Pro Bowler.

According to ESPN, the Ravens traded a third and fourth round pick to the Arizona Cardinals for Boldin and apparently have signed Boldin to a new four-year, $28 million contract.

Now they need to keep Mason from going to Miami or sign someone else. Heard they were interested in Kevin Walter.

Does the NFL have no rule in regards to discussing contract talks BEFORE the free agency period starts? I'd have to guess so because I see no other way that nearly every big FA on the market has already signed in under 24 hours.

If the player is an unrestricted free agent, they can sign once the official free agency starts but can do negotiations once the season ends since their contract for their team is over.

Everyone waits till after the franchise tag and tenders are done to give a better idea of a value range for certain tier players.

I don't know if that is technically "tampering" or not but I was listening to Cowherd on my way into work this morning and he had an interesting take on it. He thought they should just do away with it. I personally doubt those rules are followed much.

Anyways, the discussion came up because of Peppers, and how he signed with the Bears right away. The question raised was were the Bears guilty of tampering? Cowherd said a team can just say they were talking about any number of players an agent may be responsible for.

I really don't think teams honor the "tampering" rules. There may be some courtesy involved, but c'mon, why would teams wait to talk to a player's agent when you know that they're likely to draw interest from multiple places.
