Wheel of Time
So I have the first 8 or 9 books and I am about to begin a journey of make-believe.
Anyone love the series? Hate it? Meh it? It's time to make TPWW MEAT again! Quote:

Read the first book and was enjoying it alright, up until the last part of it, when shit just seemed to happen out of nowhere and made very little sense. I 'get' that he was tapping into magic and all that, but it came so out of the blue that I felt like it was just thrown together.
Maybe I should read it again or something, but I just couldn't get into it at that point and felt like the whole book was good until the end. I do like fantasy books though. My suggestions consist of Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series, and Elizabeth Haydon's Symphony of Ages series. |
