Edge was past his prime when he beat Jeff Jarrett for the IC title, we all fucking know where that went. This whole Matt Hardy shitfest makes him look retarded. Reminds me of some fucking Al Snow - Bossman fued. Instead of a Dog Pound match, let's have a "who can cut a shittier shoot promo match".

Cena makes a better champ than Edge ever will.... and that's sad.

He's past it. All of his intensity is gone. The WWE has a way of pushing guys they want within the first two years, if they didn't push him then, they're not going to push him now. He's done. He has a good a chance of winning the belt as Jeff Hardy did.

I personally like Edge. Granted, I lost a great amount of interest in him when he lost his personality, but he appears to have got some of it back. Come on KK, you must have enjoyed the Street Fight they had on RAW.

Edge will NEVER carry the company on his back, but I see no reason why he couldn't be a top player in it. The guy is capable of great matches, and he is capable of getting face and heel heat when he needs too. Watchign his 2001/2002 days, I cannot believe how over he was. It's a shame he got injured, because he was on track to being the top babyface.

Edge isn't what he used to be on SmackDown!, but he's still had great matches, and he's cut some excellent promos. When his feud is done with Hardy, I expect him to cash in his MITB Title Shot. I doubt he will win the title from whoever he challenges, but he would easily make for a great filler opponent at a PPV like the Royal Rumble.

There was such a buzz about him coming back after the first draft too. His personality got lost in a vaccuum somewhere though - watching old Raw tapes make me realise he has got charisma (bags of the stuff actually) but he needs a gimmick to bring it out, or at least try to squeeze as much as he can out of what he's got currently.

I also enjoyed his match with Kurt Angle. That doesn't make him good, just his opponent. Unless he's stuck with someone capable, he's no entertaining in the ring. The Street Fight's a piss poor indication, because it was less a wrestling match and more a bunch of spots.
