I found the REAL plot summary on imdb.com:

ROCKY VI

Rocky Balboa has been retired for some time, but hard-up for money, he decides to rob a liquor store for cash and booze to drink his life away. Caught, thrown into jail, and abandoned by his son and his wife Adrian (who leaves him for Rocky's lawyer, played by Michael Richards), Rocky is alone behind bars. He leads his fellow prisoners to find meaning in their lives, all the while being poorly treated by the prison gaurds, led by Officer Danielsan (Ralph Macchio, making his re-emergance into film). This leads to a final showdown between Balboa and Danielsan, if Balboa wins he gets out of prison, and if Danielsan wins he'll become the All-Valley Karate Champion. It's a tour de force, coming to a theater near you when hell freezes over (9/11/06).
