It's part of the Smackdown engine. Which is funny, seeing as how many elements of the game they've slowed down, they've kept it where even after a major move, the CPU doesn't stay down long.

I've actually hit a Frosplash pin a few times, but usually they've rolled.

Also, it's too easy to KO in this game. I keep trying to win by pinfall and "accidentally" knock out my opponent, even though my last finisher wasn't even close to allowing me to hit a three count.
