Fucksake, Newell's turned us down.

Although when i think about it i probably went overboard on the Holloway thing, i mean he's made QPR a decent club in this league i suppose, we played hoofball under Adams but we don't have any tall strikers now anyway, so Holloway will have to be a bit dense to play too many long balls. I'll also retract about not getting a season ticket if he gets the job, because i want one anyway

the best part of today's game was the fans singing "Gary O'Neil - Centre Midfield" only for 5 minutes later, Redknapp to finally make a substitution to move him into his right position.

2nd year in a row I travel to Brighton to see a not very good performance from City, at least we won this time. First 5 minutes we were on fire, then we slowly started fading out of it, and the 2nd half was unbearable to watch, especially Rab Douglas flapping at everything that came his way. Wondering if anyone has sent money to the Rotherham United supporters trust. In case you don't know, Rotherham are in danger of dropping out of the Football League if they don't raise £1,000,000 in a few weeks. Since I'd hate any fans to lose their team to the business side of football (something that worried me quite a bit in 2003), I thought I'd post the link here for anyone who wishes to donate to help keep the club afloat.

James Wesolowski has broken his leg again and is out for the season.

Not surprised someone got injured though, Brighton are a really dirty team, going in hard on better players (Hume got felled about 3 times in a few minutes without a card being shown), but dropping like flies at the nearest hint of a free kick. I really hope he's not injury prone, as we'll need him when Joey leaves. You gotta wonder how any player can come back fit from two broken legs in one season though.

Probably not the best example cos old Stoney was quite injury prone but in fairness I think it was more to do with his hamstrings than effects of the leg breaks.
