I just want to annoy Gooner and object to the Aussie world cup one. On a world scale you lot qualifying for the world cup from the easiest group structure EVER isn't a Top 5 moment. Sorry lad.

Then I just have to be realistic and object to you calling it easy.

Easy would be if we didn't need to travel nearly the whole world round in 4 days, the only time the whole squad has had together for 4 years, for the only 2 meaningful games we've had in that time against a far superior team of cheats, divers and savages intent on using every dirty trick and technicality to fuck us up.

Oh, and that's all we got, too. No chance of getting through by winning our group; playoff or nothing.

Gimme Cyprus or the Faroe Islands anyday.
