me, tony and RBM are all in one of the top alliance guilds on the server called Displaced, get to level 60 and make an app, we need more tanks

Unfortunately, Displaced needing tanks means it wants tanks that are already geared with raiding gear and just happened to leave their guilds for whatever reason.

My roommate who has been in the guild all of a whole week is getting shit on by guys like Wren because he has "shitty gear" His character was created 2 months ago and he has chromatic chest and 6/8 heroism and ZG shield and might gloves. Pretty damn good pre raid gear.

I don't know how he's expected to get better until he actually goes on runs.

Same shit with my other roomie, Frag. He almost got kicked from the guild this week because he wasn't keyed with Onyxia. (he managed to get it done a day before the kick) For a guild that doesn't force it's members to raid, this boggles my mind.

I enjoy playing with you guys and everything, but the guild is getting away from it's original bases of real life > WoW and raids aren't forced, etc.
