It'll be hard for him to "Pwn the shit out of WWE" if he dies because his dumbass doesn't take time to heal, and goes back to drowning himself in pain killers again.

WWE didn't release him because they didn't want him. They released him because he was killing himself, remember? The ONLY benefit I see with him going to TNA is TNA has a lighter work schedule, despite their harder in ring style...

I think TNA will work perfectly for Angle. The lighter schedule will allow him time to heal up and stay that way. If he waits to debut until the first primetime event it gives him more time and creates a fucking huge reason to tune in. Angle brings so much credibility and, as stated before, class to TNA's main event that this can't be screwed up. Or at least I hope that it won't be.

Can't be screwed up by him going aftter Jarret, nearly winning, getting beat down via run in, and then next week turning, teaming up with Jarrett, only to turn on him a month later, to reallign a week later AFTER he wins the title, and tries to give it back to Jarrett, causing the title to be vacated, at which point Jarrett wins it off Angle in the finals after they turn on each other, reunite, and turn again, all in the same match?

Normally I'd be ecstatic, but given TNA's track record, I can't help but worry.

Then again, apparantly things are changing and Jarrett will never be the top of the show again b/c of the declining ratings and buyrates. So maybe this will be the change...

Seriously, Angle is the only person on the entire roster that is on the level with wwe's main eventers. One isn't going to do it. Two isn't going to do it. Three MIGHT be able to generate enough interest where you may be able to call yourself competetion. But even that is doubtful.

No, TNA still has a long way to go.

Am I the only one...Who is looking forward to an Christian Cage versus Kurt Angle fued?

I mean, we could of gotten it in WWE...Back in a time, everyone wanted Christian to be pushed to the moon but never had it...Plus I consider Christian up there with some of the WWE Main Event scene...

Hah! Okay, now THIS is the one thing that has just made my girlfriend decide to start watching TNA. Before she refused to watch it, calling it boring, unwatchable, etc. This, however, has changed BOTH of our minds.

And as for the no-compete clause, I know that "no-compete" used to mean "no-wrestle but yes-appear". Ric Flair was under a no-compete clause at some point during his career, or so I read, where he could APPEAR, but not wrestle until his NCC was up.

Maybe it's still the same way.
