One of the moves they seem to consistently reanimate is big shows choke slam, and amazingly it gets worse every year, this years version is probably the shittiest ive ever seen.

Smackdown Countdown: Ken Kennedy


Video 1 - Entrance

I'm sure you have all seen the awesomeness of this entrance, it's easily the best in the game. Doesn't seem as great on the PS2 though, but it's just little differences in graphics and things which cause them. Kennedy comes down to the ring and tells Chimel to get the F out. The microphone comes down and he does his talk, just like in real life.

Video 2 - Fighting time

Kennedy vs Holly, Kennedy takes down Bob with a clothesline and then smacks him in the balls when he gets back up. He then chokes Bob and hits an atomic drop. Kennedy rakes Holly's eyes before taking him down at the knee, Ric Flair_style.

Video 3 - Fighting time II

Kennedy hits Bob with a shoulderbreaker and then climbs up top for the Ken-ton Bomb, boo I wanted the plunge. He barely hits him and somehow gets the three count. The lights go dark and the mic comes down again as Kennedy announces his victory

Video 1 - Entrance

I cant stand the King gimmick, so this is one out of date wrestler I dont mind, strange how he has his new titan tron though. But for all those who love the King Bookaaaaah stuff, he IS in the game, just not as you would expect. He comes out and does his face entrance thing, pyro seems good. He walks down to the ring and climbs the turnbuckle to pose/taunt.

Video 2 - Fighting time

Booker vs Lashley, Booker goes for the quick win with a running school boy but doesn't get any count. T rakes Lashley's eyes and hits an atomic drop, and then follows up with a kick to the balls. Lashely fights back with an ARM DRAG but T recovers and takes him down with a Harlem Side kick

Video 3 - Fighting time II

T lays into Lashley with a number of knee's before a scoopslam. After abit of reversing T hits the Scissors Kick. He does part of the spin-a-roonie and goes for the cover but only gets a two count. End.

WTF? I'm glad they included the semi-authentic* DX entrance poses, theme, and video, so not having their DX attires doesn't bother me one bit.

* The theme is old, the video is old, and the video effects overlayed onto the screen aren't the ones we see now. This was obviously made before they even [re-]debuted on TV.

Furthermore, the new attire they have (new t-shirts) weren't made until they debuted on TV.

Video 2 - Fighting time

HBK vs Kash, they punch and kick each other a little bit before Kash hurst himself trying to boot HBK. After a couple of reversals HBK locks in an ankle and leg lock. After a swinging neck breaker, HBK goes for a small package and gets a two count.

Video 3 - Fighting time II

HBK kicks Kash a couple of times and executes a neckbreaker on to his knee. HBK goes for a small package again but doesn't get a count. HBK hits and ARM BAR DDT and then does his ground Sweet Chin Music. He goes for the cover but only gets a two count.

Video 1 - Entrance

Triple H entrance that hasn't changed for years. He comes out and does his thing. He takes a couple of sips from his water and spits it out once he gets on the apron. He climbs the turnbuckle and taunts the crowd after.

Video 2 - Fighting time

Triple H vs Cade, H takes down Cade with a running knee, but when he goes to follow up he gets a finger in his eye. After a couple of reversals H locks in an arm lock and scoop slams Cade. Cade gets the advantage after a couple of reversals with a backbody drop, but H fights back with a DDT.

Video 3 - Fighting time II

Cade gets taken down with a short arm clothesline and then H hits the Pedigree. He goes for the cover and gets the three count. H then celebrates his victory.

Not sure if theres anything like this in the US, but in the UK on Raw, before it, after it, as it cuts away for a break and when it comes back, it plays clips of the game. And I noticed that on the last clip of Mondays Raw there were clips of Tazz in action....... wearing his commentating suit.....and SHADES

Did anyone else notice this?
