BTW here is my theory.

Ben does NOT have a tumor. Why would he just leave his X-Rays lying there by chance?

It's clearly a plan between him and that other bitch. Ben reveals the plan he originally had to Jack, so Jack now feels he is in control. He becomes closer to that other bitch and I don't know what will happen when he has to operate on him...
